Frequently Asked Questions

These answers to frequently asked questions are provided for your reference only. Please refer to the User Agreement and Transaction Terms and Conditions in order to fully understand your rights and obligations with respect to use of the platform and your relationship with AC and other users.

What can I buy and sell on the AgriClear Platform?

At this time our Platform is specifically designed for Users to buy and sell cattle.


Is there a sign­up or membership fee?

There is no initial sign­up or annual membership fees.


Who is eligible to register?

Individuals, organizations, corporations or partnerships in the United States or Canada are able to register as Users. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you reside.


I live outside of the United States and Canada but I have dual citizenship. Can I register as a User?

Only individuals that live within the United States and Canada may register as Users.


I live in the United States or Canada but act on behalf of a corporation or partnership that is incorporated or registered outside of the United States and Canada. Can I act on behalf of that corporation or partnership?

The Account must be in the name of an individual, corporation or partnership resident in the United States or Canada. You may register as an individual User on the Platform, but you may not register an account for a non­resident corporation or partnership.


Can an individual register on behalf of a company or partnership?

Yes. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you reside to act on behalf of the corporation or partnership. We may ask you for proof of authority.


I operate my business through a corporation or partnership. Can my corporation or partnership register?

Yes, as long as you meet the criteria (see above). A corporation or partnership may register with AgriClear. The Account must be held in the corporation or partnership’s name, you may be registered as a User on behalf of the corporation or partnership. We may ask to see proof of incorporation or partnership registration.


How do I Register?

Register in three easy steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Register for Free’ link on the top right hand side of the website.
  2. Complete the required data fields.
  3. Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and select the ‘Register’ button.

A legitimate e­mail address is required to ensure a successful registration. Your email is your unique ID in our system, if registering more than one account different email addresses must be used.


What are the system requirements?

For an optimal AC experience and to ensure you’re viewing the most current features we recommend the following minimum web browser platforms:

  • Windows + Chrome (latest version)
  • Windows + IE11
  • Windows + Firefox (latest version)
  • iPhone + Safari
  • Android phone + Chrome
  • iOS X + Safari
  • iPad + Safari
  • Android tablet + Chrome
